Alternative KONZERT
Born & raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina with Andean-Cuban-European roots. Chicka Tikka Masala was born as the spiced up Alter-ego musical persona of Multidisciplinary Artist Sofia Rossi Bunge, Musician, Dancer & Visual Artist to release her own music.
Street Style vocals merge into Alternative Indie with world influenced songs in Spanish, English and Portuguese that speak of biographical and imaginary circumstances. Chicka plays Classical Guitar & Electric Guitar, Singing & Latin Percussion, her musical influences are vast. Chicka studied Music at Berklee College of Music in Boston & Buenos Aires (EMC Berklee Partner School).
As a Dancer Chicka shared stages with Artists such as Cheb Nasro, Rachid Taha & Buena Vista Social Club, also worked in music videos with Mark Anthony, Mariah Carey & Film. Currently working with Producer Gerardo Morel (Latin Grammy Nominee 2022 – & Afro Andean Funk) Collaborations include Enzo Buono (Playing for Change & Kosmik Band) & other talented musicians.
